They charge a flat $75 for cleaning and cleaning with X-rays, same price. Cash/credit/debit cards. Nice office staff and I’m in and out in about 45 min total! I’ve only gone for regular cleanings and X-rays so I don’t know their other prices (yet). • When listing an item: Indicate its condition (new, unused, excellent used, good used, fair used, poor used), color, brand/make and model (if known) or style, year/approx. age, approximate measurements (if applicable), the asking price (or if there is no charge), and any other information indicated in the specific listing. You may include a maximum of 3 photos.
• When offering or seeking a service: List the skills or processes that you will/will not perform OR that you need to hire, and state the asking price or hourly rate (or if there is no charge) you charge OR are willing to pay. Business cards (print or digital) are welcome. You may include a maximum of 3 photos (including a business card) of work performed. They will be scanned and/or uploaded as is. You are encouraged to offer recommendations upon request.
• When writing a recommendation: Only Serenade residents (owner or renter) may submit a recommendation for a company or provider. Keep your recommendation to a maximum of 100 words. The Bulletin Board editor may make minor changes for clarification, but will contact you first regarding those changes. Please include your full name and street address in the email to the Bulletin Board coordinator to verify your residence in Serenade; this information will NEVER be posted or made available to anyone.
• Contact with buyers, sellers, service providers: Clearly indicate how and where you want the interaction with your neighbor for the item or service to take place — for example, at your front door, at their home, at your home, or at a public place; perhaps you could meet at the church in our neighborhood.
