Overview

The Serenade Newsletter, a two-sided single sheet, has been published by neighborhood volunteers four times a year – January, April, July, and October – for over three decades! Topics usually include the dates of up-coming events, a hearty welcome to new residents, condolences to those who have lost loved ones, a message from the ACC Chair, and reminders to abide by the Serenade CC&Rs.

NEWSLETTER FORMAT – PAPER OR DIGITAL?

Volunteers deliver your newsletter directly to your door, usually tucked safely into the screen door, or fastened onto a doorknob with a rubber band. Check your front door every few days during the months of January, March, August, and October. We also post it here on the Serenade website (see below). If you would like to receive your newsletter digitally by email, let us know your email address by calling or texting Jane DeLaurier at (928) 920-1228, or emailing SerenadeClubs55@gmail.com.

it’s a volunteer effort

Since we pay no monthly or annual HOA dues, we rely on donations to pay for the paper and printing, which we’re happy to receive at SerenadeACC, PO. Box 2324, Menifee, CA 92586. Also, we always need more volunteers to deliver the newsletter to all 314 homes in Serenade; Karen Morris organizes that, so please text or leave a message for her at (951) 750-9200 if you’d like to help.
